Wiltshire Council is introducing a new single number for its housing enquiries from the New Year.

From 4th January the Housing Advice Service will have a single entry point for all enquiries.

On that date all old numbers, including different numbers for different areas, will stop working and people can ring through on one number 0300 456 0106.

The service provides tailored advice to those with housing issues or who are at risk of homelessness. The service deals with those facing eviction or possession action, affordability issues with paying rent or mortgages, or concerns over the suitability of existing accommodation, among other housing problems.
