Voting safely in this year's elections
We urge all residents to vote and to consider the safest ways to vote both for themselves and for dependents especially in this time of pandemic.

The next electionsis the opportunity for all residents to have their say on who they want to represent them at Wiltshire Council and as the Wiltshire Police and Crime Commissioner as well as Local Councils on Thursday 6 May 2021.

Wiltshire Council local authority area is divided into 98 areas known as divisions and each is represented by one Councillor. All 98 seats will become vacant for May 2021 elections. As part of an electoral review of the division boundaries conducted by the Local Boundary Commission for England recently, many of the division areas will change for the May 2021 elections.

These elections affect a big part of what you pay and the services you receive for your Council Tax.
Anyone can apply to vote by post. You don't need to give a reason.
