IF you have ever wanted some answers on how to cope with teenage years help is at hand from a Trowbridge author.
When children turn into young adults, and school kids get ready for work or university, teen days have, for eternity, been years when parents have to work out for themselves the many issues that face their fast-growing offspring.
Now the self-help book with solutions has arrived as last week saw the publication of 'Teenager: All You Need to Know in One Concise Manual' by Andrew Bryant.
Andrew has two teenage children and was commissioned by the international publisher Haynes to write the book given his previous experience as a youth worker, teacher, and adviser to teenagers.
Andrew said: "In many ways, teenagers are the same as they've been for thousands of years, but some issues have changed recently, particularly the growth of the Internet and the pervasiveness of social media.
"I hope the book will provide a valuable resource for parents and shine a light on difficulties faced by the modern teenager.'
