SUCCESS! Spring Gardens Path is finally open

AT LONG LAST after over 4 years off pressure from your Lib Dem FOCUS Team the new cycle/footpath across Spring Gardens has been opened as part of the long awaited scheme to improve Spring Gardens.

Stan Pajak says "I find it hard to believe how long it took to get this much needed path created but hopefully it will prove worth the wait!"

Toby Robson added, "This part of Spring Gardens has been a muddy quagmire for years. I'm glad we finally have a safe well-lit path for pedestrians and cyclists.

"We should be doing everything we can to encourage people to walk or cycle to work, school or to the shops where it's practical for people to do so. I'm glad the Council has finally listened and is supporting the local walking and cycling population."

After 4 years of pressure the path is finally in place
