Revised Elm Grove Application has listened to local cllrs input

Delighted to see many of our concerns have been addressed in the revised Elm Grove application. New, major entry/exit onto A363, bat corridor and movement of the main road. All very positive changes and greatly appreciated.

At the start of 2020 Wiltshire Cllr for Drynham and Town Councillor Andrew Bryant rightly called in the Elm Grove Farm development planning application for discussion by Wiltshire's Strategic Planning Committee, rather than by officers making an executive decision to approve or refuse.

Cllr Bryant was concerned that part of the site was on a flood plain and that it would affect the green buffer zone between North Bradley and Trowbridge.
