Candidate Profile: Liz Webster for Police & Crime Commissioner

May 4, 2021 10:30 AM

Liz Webster is our Police and Crime Commissioner candidate for the May elections.

She has set out a number of policy points such as tackling Dog Theft and Domestic Abuse, and as a former Parliamentary candidate for Swindon North has vowed to ensure Swindon is at the centre of her campaign and her term, if elected as our PCC.

Liz Webster, the Voice for the Victim.

What is the Challenge?

Wiltshire's Police Force is one of the worst funded in the country. Drug crime, rural crime, online cyber-crime and pet theft have all increased while our police and communities have lacked the resources needed to prevent crime.

Swindon has become a magnet for "County Lines" drug dealers. Rural offences affecting farms, livestock and wildlife have worsened and pet thefts are at their worst ever levels.. Liz Webster - LD Police and Crime Commissioner Choice ()
