Lib Dem councillors promote Landshare

Picture of a rat in undergrowthCllrs Jon Hubbard and Peter Colmer have put a motion to Wiltshire Council encouraging it to support a project which connects people who want to grow their own fruit and vegetables to people with space to share. Through their website Landshare also enables people to share knowledge and resources, and encourages the "grow your own" movement.

They want WC to support this initiative by:

· Putting a link on the council's website

· Placing an article in the next edition of the WC propaganda rag 'Your Wiltshire' promoting Landshare

· Working with Town and Parish Councils and allotment societies to publicise allotments available in Wiltshire.
